SWEATING or PERSPIRING flushes the impurities and toxins from our skin, helping bring water to the skin’s surface in the process. Did you ever notice how wonderful, glowing and clear your skin looks after a good sweat? Notice how much smaller your pores look? This is because sweating helps to improve skin’s elasticity and tone. Yes, we know this may sound odd, but it’s true – the more you sweat, the more beautiful your skin appears. Don’t get us wrong, we know that most of us don’t usually like to sweat or perspire; it makes us feel all sorts of uncomfortable and sticky.
